Purchase:
By purchasing our zine you are acknowledging that:
- You are purchasing our zine for personal use and NOT commercial use. (Don’t re-sell our zine!)
- For now there are only PRE-ORDERS of the zine available, which means that we don't have the final products yet. We expect that PELHE will be shipped out in March, but this is just an estimate.
Customs and Taxes:
You the buyer are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. You also acknowledge that PELHE moderators are not liable for any delays due to customs.
Shipping and Packaging:
We ship from Canada using Canadapost. If you are concerned whether we're able to ship to your country, the Canadapost website has a list of destinations where service has been suspended which you can check out here.
Note: We will NOT ship to Israel. If you ordered our zine and entered an Israeli address we will cancel and refund your order.
PDF Download:
- Digital versions of the zine, in the form of PDFs, will only be sent to the email address provided with the order once all of our physical orders have been shipped out (our estimate is in mid March).
- Emails with the PDF attached will come from pelhezine@gmail,com.
Physical Zines & Merch Bundles:
- Physical zines will be packaged in bubble mailers, which are made of 100% post-consumer waste and are recyclable, to ensure your zines get to your in one piece.
- With PELHE Merch Bundles, the prints, stickers, and pin will be inserted in the mailer with the zine.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and unfortunately we don’t offer tracking.
Should there be any production delays we will announce them on the PELHE Tumblr and Twitter accounts, both at @tomgregzine.
Replacements and Refunds:
PELHE will be responsible for replacing or refunding (on a case-by-case basis):
- Orders that are lost due to an organizer mislabeling the package
- Orders where package contents do not match what was ordered
PELHE won’t be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that are lost due to you as the buyer incorrectly entering your shipping address
- Orders that are shipped to a old address without you as the buyer emailing us to update your current domicile.
- Orders that are damaged during shipment or through mishandling (e.g. bent or torn packages, water damage, etc)
Should any of these terms and conditions be violated, PELHE organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders. Feel free to use our Contact page if you have any questions related to your order (refunds, updating a shipping address, etc).
